Dinosaurs and their dating has been a huge debate in the age of the Earth.  Some scientists would lead us to believe that carbon dating though rocks is the best way to date the dinosaurs and the Earth.  The problem with this theory is that it revolves around circular reasoning.  They use the rocks to date the dinosaurs and the dinosaurs to date the rocks.  There is no definitive proof as there are no records that date to millions of years ago.
